As a Director Product Management,you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Hilton Product Technology team reporting to the Senior Director Product Management, you will support projects including decisions on digital acquisitions and customer engagement across omnichannel touchpoints.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:

• Use data, customer insights, test and learn programs, and external partnerships to identity cross channel opportunities to innovate and offer differentiated capabilities that both delight our customers.
• Evaluate and prioritize new product concepts that provide to commercial KPI's such as revenue, expense reduction, and customer experience measurement targets.
• Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton by receiving input from across the entire enterprise, negotiate consensus on priorities, and communicate decisions with sound reasoning.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate with User Experience, Loyalty, Marketing, and Analytics leaders across Hilton to turn customer insights into relevant strategies and priorities to benefit our existing Hilton Amex Cobrand credit card customers and attract potential new Cobrand customers.
• Convert ideas into simple wireframes to provide direction to UX and UI Designers. This includes collaborating with the Design team to craft final user flows and screen designs.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering in an Agile environment to develop new features and resolve product issues efficiently.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

• Generate epics, user stories, and roadmap sequencing to provide guidance to the Development team.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Six (6) years of professional product management experience
• Five (5) years of experience in an Agile or scrum development environment
• Three (3) years of management experience leading and mentoring teams or leading cross-functional teams
• Adept in collaborating effectively with people from many different fields with varying degrees of technical experience
• Willingness to travel as needed

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
• Twelve (12) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or transportation industry with a variety of product or marketing experience
