Brightland Homes, LTD. is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build both front-end and back-end warranty software and to help support company websites and other web-based programs.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own complete warranty software development process
- Conduct market and in-house research to determine system requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper prioritization of projects and to establish deadlines
- Oversee compliance of design software
- Manage the day-to-day operations of software products
- Manage quality assurance testing of content updates and feature enhancements
- Support company websites, Digitial Product Manager, and on-site Smart TV technology as needed
- Develop and enhance web-based applications and tools
- Test front-end and back-end web applications
- Make recommendations regarding new and existing systems features and structures
- Assist in troubleshooting issues on web-based systems
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of Full-Stack Development experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft IIS, SQL server, Linux/BSD, Apache/IIS, MySQL/MongoDB, PHP
- Well-versed in automated testing frameworks and disciplines
- Moblie web experience (app development a plus)
- Experience with security and compliance
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR/CCPA and accessibility and security standards
- Experience with custom CMS Systems
- Experience creating and deploying applications/services in Azure or AWS
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control software
- Experience developing and following best practices in agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of API development
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end languages, libraries, and JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with databases and webservers
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to translate technical language to a non-technical audience
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to organize effectively and prioritize appropriately
- Strong bug-fixing and troubleshooting skills
