Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Manager to oversee our banquet operations and ensure the seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, customer service, and team leadership within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet events, including set-up, service, and breakdown
- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and supervision
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce proper food handling procedures
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and payment transactions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in banquet or event management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with hotel banquet operations is a plus
- Proficiency in coffee service is desirable
- Understanding of restaurant industry standards
