Genuine Search Group is Hiring an IT Director Near York, PA
Our client is in the established firm within the manufacturing industry and they are looking for an IT Director.
Responsibilities:
- Spearheads strategic planning and execution for the organization’s IT systems and department.
- Manages the preparation, maintenance, and oversight of the IT budget, contributing to Leadership review.
- Implements business continuity protocols to ensure minimal disruption to business operations in emergencies or data loss, while also establishing and recommending efficiency and efficacy standards for IT infrastructure improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- 5 years of experience as an IT Director/Manager
- Experience in Manufacturing required
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems like ERP/business applications, infrastructure, and AI.
** Going in 5x a week to office in York, PA**
