DESCRIPTION :
- Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm.
- Answering of all incoming phone calls
- Make phone calls outbound
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments
- Case follow ups and customer experience
- Supporting other office staff members as requested
- General Cleaning of Office
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have a solid work attendance history
- Customer Service experience and the ability to give professional interactions with all customers
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Must be able to work independently or with other staff members
- Experience in a medical office is preferred
