LNP is Hiring an Assistant Center Director Near Wooster, OH
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Center Director to oversee the operations of our educational center. The Assistant Center Director will be responsible for managing staff, implementing educational programs, and ensuring the overall success of the center.
Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students
- Oversee budgeting and financial management
- Collaborate with educators to enhance curriculum and teaching methods
- Conduct strategic planning to drive growth and success of the center
Requirements:
- Associates Degree, CPL Level 3 or CDA: Preschool or Infant/Toddler
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for educational growth
