The Wooster office of Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd., (“Critchfield”) seeks a full-time corporate attorney to handle negotiating and drafting of all types of agreements, and advising clients on basic business matters. Well-qualified candidates will have experience as first or second chair on mergers and acquisitions transactions, real estate purchase transactions and/or commercial leases, and compliance. Experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or tax planning matters is a plus.

The position will rely on your experience negotiating and drafting all types of agreements, advising clients on basic business matters, and working independently to solve client problems. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious with highly developed organizational, communication, and time-management skills, as well as the ability to react quickly to changes as priorities are revised or reshaped in a fast-moving environment.
