Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract requirements and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Keep track of expirations and prepare for renewals
- Submit contracts through the system for legal review
- Handle vendor correspondence
Qualifications :
- A few years of contract management experience, preferably in the clinical / healthcare setting
- Knowledgeable on clinical rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Experience with Jaggaer and Meditech sotfware, a plus
