Job Title: Compliance OfficerLocation: Wisconsin Dells, WI
Must reside in the State on WI, no relocation providedPay Range: $100-135KWhat’s the Job?
- Manages policies, procedures, technology-based controls, as well as compliance monitoring and testing.
- Facilitates both internal and external reviews, audits, and exams.
- Maintains current copies of banking laws, regulations and interpretations
- Coordinate compliance training for staff
- Establish, review and monitor system of internal controls
- Participate in regulatory development
- Expertise with internal controls assessment, risk assessment, design and development of audit programs, testing, process flowcharting, business process review, balance sheet, and financial accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years bank operations or compliance/audit experience with at least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Preferred experience within Commercial Lending
- Approachable demeanor with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, regulators, and auditors.
