Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience. It’s important to have experience with customer support, learning and assisting others with software applications, and to have well articulated communication skills. In addition, this position will work on-site at our office, so candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Winterville, NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate between development team and clients to diagnose problems.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
  • Field customer phone calls as needed
  • Schedule client support meetings
  • Correspond with clients post go-live

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Ability to work within a small team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain production tempo.
