- The Customer Service Specialist works closely with customers to identify their needs, address product-related inquiries, and recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, they promptly handle customer complaints to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely order shipments.
- Communicate with shipping and customers to arrange pickup times and address transportation requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales orders and customer shipment documents.
- Verify warehouse accuracy in fulfilling orders by comparing types and quantities of goods with shipping documents.
- Record all export shipment bills of lading and packing lists.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the mattress showroom following company policies.

- Quick adaptability to new work environments.
- Strong learning and communication abilities, with a positive team spirit.
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
