Hosts/hostesses serve as our first impression team at our restaurants. They set the tone for the memorable experience we strive to create for our guests. If you have a natural gift of hospitality, this may be the job for you!

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or seating areas
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Manage waitlists and reservations, ensuring efficient seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
