What you’ll do:

• Personnel management of plumbing and dispatch team.
• Goal planning and successful execution.
• Training and development of staff.
• Process improvement.
• Customer service and escalations.
• Successful management of Margins and Revenue (P&L).
• Successful management of annual budgets.
• Ensure adherence to local and state codes.
• Build and manage an accurate and effective price book.
• Submit in a timely manner all service work business data required for payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, job costing, vehicle management, inventory, and human resource management functions.

Requirements

• 2 years of trades experience strongly preferred.
• A Plumbing License is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Sales experience.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Technical skills.
• Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers.
• Clean driving record – no moving violations.
• Clean background check.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
