Job details Spherion is hiring a dynamic Leasing Specialist for a local apartment community. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm with Saturdays as needed 10 : 00am - 4 : 00pm.

The Leasing Specialist will also screen potential tenants, ensuring compliance with criteria. This individual will manage work orders and work closely with the Maintenance Team.
