ResponsibilitiesThe role involves daily office operations, welcoming prospective and current residents, providing property tours, and assisting with lease document preparation. The Leasing Specialist will also screen potential tenants, ensuring compliance with criteria. This individual will manage work orders and work closely with the Maintenance Team.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
SkillsProfessional in-person and phone presence and etiquette.
Maintain a positive attitude while keeping a solution-based and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects.
1 Year Leasing Experience Preferred.Onesite Rental Software and Yardi software knowledge is preferred.
EducationHigh School
Experience1-4 years
QualificationsMust have 1 year of customer service experience.
Interpersonal skills.
