Hourly bonus pay

Tuesday thru Saturday 9-6

Responsibilities:

• Confirm appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for Service & Quicklane
• Maintain and follow up with customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their service.
• Filing paperwork
• Contact customers via multiple lines of communications
• Calling potential outbound service leads

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a growing high paced environment
• Knowledge of online tools like: Google Drive
• Self- motivated and goal oriented
• Professional communication and attire
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient with Skype
