Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting principles and PBI processes.
- Develop a strong working relationship with client personnel.
- Respond to client requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate special projects for clients.
- Take primary responsibility leading new client onboarding process.
- Review staff accountant period close work.
- Review monthly or period financial statements (as applicable)
- Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes.
- Meet reporting and filing deadlines.
- Advise other PBI staff regarding the handling of non-routine transactions.
- Monitor profitability of client services and evaluate feasible solutions.
- Provide training and development to new and existing staff as needed.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Assist leadership team with special projects as needed.
