Robert Half has an immediate need for a Controller. This area is very dynamic and high profile. In this Controller role, your responsibilities will include overseeing the process to ensure that models are correct and are fully accrued each month, as well as verifying and holding operations team accountable that end to end incentive processing, payments, accounting, and related financial controls are operating effectively. This Controller role is a Consultant/Consultant to Potential Full-Time opportunity located in the Westchester County, NY area and is fully-on-site.

- Analyze and oversee controls to ensure they are effectively designed and operating in partnership with compliance

- Organize evidence and qualitative discussion of monthly financial results across global programs in order to support SOX controls

- Become well-versed in key financial results and movements across programs to summarize and discuss with key business partners

- Obtain understanding of key financial results and movements across programs to summarize and discuss with key business partners

Direct budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes and tools for all accountable programs

- Collaborate with various business partners for various program controllership and FP& A activities such as ensuring accrual models are accurate and accounting methods are appropriate, as well as true-up activities and answer queries from business, area and subsidiary controllers

- Work closely with Treasury to provide timely cash flow forecasts
