Position Overview:This position will direct and lead human resource activities and programs to ensure alignment and execution of HR initiatives with plant and business objectives. Build and maintain effective relationships with the workforce and engage employees and plant management in organization design activities that foster and sustain a high-performance work culture. Drive continuous improvement in the areas of organization effectiveness, staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits, employment practices and compliance.
