This role requires strong communication skills and high attention to detail.Responsibilities:• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires• Execute background checks for potential employees• Handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims• Maintain compliance with all legal and company regulations related to HR• Administer compensation and benefit functions• Support hiring processes and ensure they are efficient and effective• Maintain knowledge and understanding of regulations, laws, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management• Utilize MS Office to maintain records and generate reports• Collaborate with other departments or functions as necessary.
