Job DescriptionOur Talent Acquisition team is expanding!
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruiting and facilitating university relations and internship programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to gain corporate experience or a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience working in a professional services company.
What you will be doing:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
  • Full-cycle recruiting for entry level and corporate roles including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various positions
  • Compose and post compelling job openings to attract candidates on job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, documenting results in the ATS
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pool by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates
University and Intern Program Management
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and campus recruitment events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with university representatives and professional associations to increase engagement with practice staff
New Hire Onboarding
  • Administer new hire backrgound check process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of professional work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in professional services or agency setting
  • Working knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices
  • Experience conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and evaluating their qualifications and cultural fit
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools (Workday and SmartRecruiters preferred)
  • Prior experience utilizing LinkedIn to source candidates required
  • Prior experience composing job ads for social media preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English - Spanish fluency a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment resources
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 10%, overnight travel is expected at times
