WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Monitors system performance and operations.
• Documents procedures necessary to complete information systems tasks.
• Solves basic MDM issues.
• Helps setup district technology (Macbook and iPad are primary devices) for staff and students.
• Answers end users’ requests for help and respond appropriately. 
• Monitors and maintains helpdesk tickets for the district.
• Solves common hardware and software problems or refer to next level of support as needed. 
• Installs and configures software and network interface devices.
• Attends regular update training on the applications in use and brings effective concepts and tools back for use within the district.
• Understands, supports, and communicates district technology standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assists in on-site training for software applications.
• Keeps the technology staff apprised of the current status of system operation.
• Contacts system vendors for maintenance as necessary.
• Facilitates the scheduling of technology staff and equipment for state testing and special events.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

• $25.00 per hour

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES

• Associate’s degree or higher in information systems/technology support from an accredited technical college or four-year college preferred.
• Two years of experience or more preferred.
