Job OverviewCSRs are responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

They serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, representing the company's values and commitment to customer care.

Responsibilities and DutiesConnect with our viewers / clients to build relationship, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for businessCreate a genuine connection with our customer / viewers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively respond to them.

Complete resolve customer / viewers concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved.Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.

Follow-up and escalate resolution actions related to unresolved issues.Stay up to date on all relevant company updates information.

At least 1 to 2 years work experience as a customer representative in a BPO.At least High School graduate or college level / graduate or undergraduate will doWilling to work full time and in a shifting and / or night shift schedule.

Computer savvy and with good web navigation skillsWilling to work onsite and can start ASAP.Ability to work effectively under pressure.
