IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Westchester, IL.

 In this role, Talent Acquisition Intern will work within Talent Acquisition (TA), to provide recruitment services to the organization. Intern will shadow respective areas to learn additional skills and accountabilities associated with each area of Talent Acquisition (TA). Intern will contribute and share thoughts and be an active participant in projects conducted by the TA Team.

Throughout the Internship, students will receive an in-depth overview of the following:

• Sourcing, Recruitment, and Screening of Talent
• Job Board Navigation, Boolean Search, and Resume Review
• UKG (UltiPro) and HRIS Navigation
• Background and Drug Screening Processes
• Job Offers and Salary Negotiation
• Onboarding and New Hire Orientation

Job Requirements:

• Higher education student (36-24 credit hours from graduation) with a concentration of HR preferred
• Strong analysis, presentation, writing, and communication skills
• Desire to work with people in a customer-centric environment

• Must be highly motivated and passionate about providing high-quality service
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
