JOB SUMMARY
Deskside associates Level 1.5 with experience in imaging, Laptops / Desktop troubleshooting, resolving printer issues, shipping and receiving equipment etc.
Should have over 4 years' experience in the following areas :
- Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and / or intune
- Experience in resolving A / D 360 issues
- Experience with bitlocker, MFA, google DUO.
- Experience with autopilot
- Experience is resolving level 1 / Level 2 password, access and general laptop issues.
- Must have experience in supporting hybrid / Remote users in a large enterprise environment.
