Real Estate Partner Agent

We are looking for a motivated real estate agent/showing partner who is passionate about making the home buying and selling experience great. We’re a very busy real estate mega team in need of a talented agent to work with top producing agents on our team. Please note some in-office hours will be required when not actively on buyer/listing appointments.

Essential duties and responsibilities for Buyers:

• Lead generate and follow up on a daily basis using CRM to document activity to procure buyer consultations
• Communicate with leads through the GMT approved cadence
• Attend and/or conduct buyer consultations with the lead agent
• Identify homes that meet buyer’s criteria daily and set up MLS searches that send clients homes they should see
• Show homes to buyer clients, maintain communication, and provide feedback to listing agent
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters
• Prepare offers with the help of lead agent (buyer agency, agreements, addendums)
• Monitor email as needed for submitted offers
• Complete necessary transaction paperwork once under contract
• Attend inspections and closings as directed

Essential duties and responsibilities for Listings:

• Lead generate and follow up on a daily basis using CRM to document activity
• Communicate with leads through the GMT approved cadence
• Prepare Listing Presentations (Complete CMAs and listing PAR forms)
• Prepare documents for listing such as listing contracts, consumer notices, property disclosure forms etc
• Complete required GMT google forms for listing preparation & when under contract
• Help arrange photography and other vendors to prepare listings for market
• Host Open Houses to generate leads
• Monitor emails for offers to on active listings
• Promote property through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation $70,000 based on commission
