Buyer Specialist Job Description
1. All activities related to providing real estate services to home buyers, including but not limited to: lead generation and follow-up, personal consultations, showing homes, writing and negotiating contracts, home inspections, and/or other related services.
2. This position is for someone who loves working with buyers and will extremely rarely be working on listings.
3. Candidates must be comfortable "cold calling" leads (website-Internet leads) but there will also be "warm leads" (sign calls, inquiries, referrals, past clients, friends, family, etc).
4. Due to the uniqueness of the real estate environment, this position will have no "standard" hours, but will most likely require some nights and weekends to accommodate clients' schedules. Agents will set their own schedule with the understanding it may be necessary to change to a set "office hours" schedule at some point in the future.

Candidate must be able to:
1. Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, vendors and customers both in written and verbal form.
2. Create a sense of comfort and trust through their ability to build rapport.
3. Diffuse difficult, very emotionally charged situations and resolve to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
4. Negotiate and mediate effectively on behalf of clients.
5. Work with a computerized database to track follow up and client communication with high accountability.
6. Stay up to date on the latest technology that buyers use to communicate.
7. Be a team player who gets along well with colleagues and can work with team members to meet both personal and team goals.
8. Close 3 buyer sides a month with the help of the team transaction coordinator.
9. Be open to and willing to participate and embrace team training and systems.
Compensation: Commission based with target of $100,000 - $200,000
