National Restoration Group is Hiring a Salesperson Near Wentzville, MO


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop new business through prospecting, networking, door-knocking, etc.
  • Meet with potential customers to assess their roofing needs and provide them with estimates and proposals
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and secure sales
  • Discuss insurance claims and the insurance claim process to homeowners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate roofing projects and ensure timely completion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive and knowledgeable

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Confidence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience level:

  • 2-year experience in sales
  • Previous Door-to-Door or cold-call experience

Compensation package:

  • 14-day $1000 Draw for easy transition
  • Commission pay - Uncapped
  • 50% gross profit on each sale - industry-leading splits
  • Avg. commission is $3,000 per sale
