JobDescription :

• Provideconsultations and solution recommendations for ODOT s EnterpriseContent Management (ECM) software ProjectWisetool
• Createasis and tobe processdocumentation
• Usea variety of information gathering techniques (e.g. interviewsfacilitation diagrams) to gather define and document complexbusiness data requirements from Businessteams
• Identifyareas for improvement in currentsystems
• Collaboratewith business partners and stakeholders in the development andimprovement of business processes in relation toECM
• Conductdocument and present impactanalyses
• Createand manage requirements traceabilitymatrix
• Createand support the creation of functional specifications for datamodels customizations extracts andreports
• Createimplementation documentation and support the implementationprocess
• Developdesign changes in the asset management software and development andtesting environments and collaborate integration into the existingbusiness production environment with the rest of theteam
• Planand support data cleanupactivities
• Preparetest data implement and support test activities including thecreation of test plans and test cases; test enhancements and trackresults
• Createand implement regression test plan and testcases
• Planand support user acceptancetesting
• Coordinatewith other team members to reach project milestones anddeadlines
• Engageand build strong working relationships with IT Business andSourcingpartners
• Conductinperson and remote training (for Business and technicalaudiences)
