- Become the mastermind behind our accounting function, shaping the destiny of financial reporting, technical accounting, regulatory rules, GAAP and much more.
- Be the guardian of our financial reporting fort, creating an impenetrable stronghold of policies and protocols, always in alignment with GAAP and statutory regulations.
- Use your x-ray vision to keep our financial statements accurate, complete and timely - always staying within GAAP and regulatory guardrails.
- Statutory reporting for various councils and agencies;
- Overseeing statutory and GAAP audits, ensuring evil financial foes can't fiddle with our figures;
- Strategizing and guiding our financial operations while leading all finance and accounting activities with a heroic hand.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting: Because, yes, even superheroes need a day job.
- Demonstrated industry knowledge: Can't rise to the top without knowing the game.
- Managerial experience: Because nobody wants a rookie running the show.
- Cool as a cucumber under pressure because, well, heroes can't crumble under the pressure.
- Ability to build strong alliances with other departments, allies, and even government organizations.
- Superior problem-solving skills; it's a wild world out there, and we need you to find the way.
- Knowledge and experience in SOX compliance and internal controls; every hero needs their playbook.
- CPA Certification; consider it the shining badge on your superhero suit.
- And most importantly, the will to sweat outside regular working hours; because let's face it, a hero's work is never done!
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 8 years) in investment accounting and financial reporting within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing a team and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of investment accounting principles, financial instruments, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of accounting software, financial reporting tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct.
