Primary Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/quarter-end/year-end close process
- Provide budgeting and forecasting
- Financial Analysis
- Prepare financial statements
- Generate monthly close schedules
- Maintain financial documents
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Process Improvement of Internal Controls
- Assist with external audit activities
- Oversee internal controls
Other requirements for the Director of Corporate Accounting role include and are not limited to:
- CPA preferred
- 10 years of overall corporate accounting experience
- Oracle NetSuite preferred
- Strong GAAP experience
