Third Wave Bioactives is Hiring a Product Manager Near Wauwatosa, WI


Products/Markets: Natural preservation ingredients sold to food and nutrition manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

· Help manage various aspects of our growing business working between departments to support a cohesive customer experience.

· Customer order entry/demand fulfillment.

· Product related documentation development.

· Regulatory support and customer inquiries.

· Participate in key decision-making business meetings (both internally and externally).

· Capture knowledge of competitor products and market insights.

· Communicate product and production changes and recommend corrective responses

· Provide support for strategic marketing initiatives.

· Reports to U.S.-based Director

Requirements:

· 2 years of industry-related experience in a B2B company

· Business or Science-based degree preferred.

· Experience in product management, food regulatory, quality assurance, bookkeeping, accounting and/or supply chain/logistics

· Should have a dynamic, “self-starter” mentality, and comfortable with learning new skills

Location/Territory/Travel:

· Wauwatosa, WI office.

· Travel will be <25%

Compensation: Variable, based on experience
