Position Description
Type: Part-time. 20 to 25 hours weekly with companyprovided benefits such as 401k, employer match, profit sharing, paid vacation,paid holidays, and growth opportunities. Discussed in further detailduring interview.
FUNCTION:To provide inside support for the CustomerService Department and provide the best possible customer satisfaction to ourcustomers.
DUTIES:
- Enter new orders and scan applicable documents for the orders into ERP system.
- Compare orders with hard copy and send to customers via electronic form.
- Scan and attach shipping documents into ERP system.
- Be an active member of Operator Group.
- Create prepay invoices and send to customer via electronic form.
- Backup to processing credit card payments as needed.
- Backup to processing daily customer invoicing as needed.
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
HighSchool diploma or general education degree.
Customerservice experience.
Manufacturingfacility exposure preferred.
Must beextremely detail oriented and accurate.
Proficientin MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
Must beable to use an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Maintaina neat and well-organized work environment.
Must bemotivated, focused, and team player.
