Don's Towing And Repair is looking for the right individual with Automotive Background.

• Greets customers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Interacts with coworkers in a professional manner.
• Computes customer bills Enters parts and verifies the bill is correct before the customer picks up the vehicle.
• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received in correct systems.
• Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
• Operates computer cash register system.
• Reconciles the cash drawer daily.
• Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance, or repairs etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, and towing documentation.
• Closes all open invoices.
• Ability to remember a large number of things at one time.
• Reconciles gas purchase statements.
• Assists service and towing department with telephone coverage.
• Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to towing and service departments.
• Works with department other team members to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
