Overview

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests with an emphasis on an attention to detail.
• Administer the tournament operations program using the Golf Genius software program and monitor his tournament operations responsibilities.
• Merchandise apparel, equipment and accessories to create a positive shopping experience for members and guests through effective merchandising techniques.
• Utilize the point-of-sale system for all merchandise transactions.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and processing special orders.
• Learn to conduct individual private golf lessons to all membership segments.
• Perform club / grip repair in an efficient and proper manner.
• Junior program consists of Summer Camp, Clinics, and Junior Interclub League.
• Communicate effectively will all staff members and department heads.
• Organize the weekly newsletter to provide updated information to members.
• Utilize the Club website to provide updated tournament results and information about upcoming programs and services available to the membership.
• Training and development of outside staff.
• Assist in overseeing all areas of Outside Operations (bagroom, staging area, cart barn, and practice facilities).
• Play golf with members on a weekly basis, when the tournament calendar allows.
