Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team! We're looking for a candidate who is safe and reliable and who can work independently with minimal supervision. The person in this role is responsible for troubleshooting defective electrical systems and completing repairs when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supervising field crew.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects, including effective problem solving.
• At least (5) years of proven commercial experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and submittals.
• Must be able to install electrical gear.
• Must be able to install complete lighting control systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.
• Strong experience in high-end office Fit outs.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Journeyman license is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project manager.
• Generate two weeks look ahead, and daily reports.
• Must be able to do electrical layout.
• Timekeeping for onsite personnel and must submit a weekly timesheet for hours worked.
• Working closely with project superintendent and other trades,
• Oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower.
• Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
• Supervise, motivate employees working on designated scope.
