Responsibilities:
● Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate coffee selections.
● Assist in restocking inventory, including coffee beans, supplies, and merchandise.
● Create and contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and collaborating with colleagues.
● Take orders at the register and serve prepared food items.
● Craft beverages with care, integrity, and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
● Experience in the coffee sector, and passion for speciality grade coffee.
● High English proficiency; excellent communication skills. High EQ/people skills.
● Strong desire and willingness to learn.
