The ideal Team Member willbe capable of managing uncertainty, willing to push the limits, and takesownership in their surroundings. We will provide the training and development youwill need to feel confident in your position and ready to serve our guests everyday. CoreResponsibilities:

• Greeting guests of District Tacoand seeking out those who are waiting or need assistance
• Keeping a positive attitude andhealthy enthusiasm for interactions with guests
• Assisting guests with the menu andaltering them to potential dietary conflicts
• Resolving customer service issueswith the aid of your manager
• Answering restaurant phones andtaking the occasional phone order
• Providing support to your fellowTeam Members whenever needed
• Maintainingthe cleanliness and care of our lobby, restrooms, and patios
• Organizing ofstorage areas and unpacking shipments to maintain proper rotation
• The washing of equipment andsmall-wares items
• Bringing foodto customers/expo stuff

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English
• Strong interpersonal/peopleskills
• High level of motivation andsense of self-responsibility
• Ability to apply and maintainstandards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene
• Ability to demonstrateoutstanding customer service skills on an ongoing basis
• Be physicallyactive for long periods without getting tired or out of breath
• Stand and/orwalk for 8 consecutive hours
• Use stomach andlower back muscles to support the body
• Coordinatemovement of several parts of the body, such as arms and legs, while the body ismoving
• Hold the armand hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm
• Lift, push,pull, or carry heavy objects for long periods without getting tired
• Lift 50lbs ormore on a regular basis
• Workefficiently in a variety of hot or cold environments (e.g. refrigerated areas,close to cooking
• equipment,etc.)
• Work asquickly as certain tasks demand
