Responsibilities of the Client Service and Marketing Strategist :
- Coordinate and enhance client-facing activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing speaking engagements, and facilitating webinars.
- Assist in the production of client-focused content, including marketing materials, videos, and podcasts, that underscores the firm’s value proposition.
- Oversee the firm's online presence, ensuring website content is current, engaging, and client-centric.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and implement actionable plans for client service improvement and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent, effective communication across all client touchpoints, maintaining the firm’s standards for excellence in customer service.
Qualifications of the Client Service and Marketing Strategist :
