Position Overview:
To be an effective, professional front desk supervisor and assist in the delivery of adult and pediatric healthcare services.Under the general supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, this position will encompass a range of scheduling, collection of patient fees, and general office support activities.Human aptitudes are to include: keen observational, problem-solving, and communication skills; conscientiousness, timeliness, and attention to detail; respect and compassion for patients; and a commitment to continuous learning.
Essential Job Functions:
·Functions as the Front Desk Supervisor and provides good customer service to the patients of ONE Health Systems, Inc.Leading the team by example.
·Physical presence in designated office is required.
·Travel to other locations may be required. Mileage is reimbursed per policy.
·Other duties as assigned.
Other Skills/Abilities:
·Computer skills required along with knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
·Experience with multi-line telephone and paging system.
·Must be organized with special attention to detail.
·Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
·Travel to other locations may be required. Mileage is reimbursed per policy.
·Ability to maintain confidentiality
