Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist (Mostly Remote after Training)

Must Have :

Ability to commute and train at the office in Warren, MI

1 years’ experience supporting customers in a professional setting

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Nice to Have (but not required) :

Social Media OR Automotive Customer Service Experience

Overview :

This is a customer service position that uses social media as a platform. In this position, you will NOT be responsible for creating pictures and advertisements .

Day to Day Duties :

  • Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, App Store
  • Create and manage 'cases' for customers needing more complex assistance.
  • Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and achieve operational metrics.
  • Proactively identify leads and educate in-market customers on product functionality and services.
  • Effectively and accurately document customer interaction.
