The Talent Acquisition Specialist is focused on supporting assigned senior care locations to effectively and promptly fill open positions with strong and well-qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist produces a strong and engaged pipeline of candidates through sourcing and posting positions and promptly screening and interviewing candidates. The Specialist is also responsible for providing a high-touch positive experience for candidates.

1. Approach the process of filling open positions with a sense of urgency and importance.

2. Strong understanding of assigned senior care locations and their positions and hiring needs leading to effective and timely recruitment strategies to fill open positions with qualified candidates

3. Consult with hiring managers to gather information related to each new requisition. Fully gather requirements, accurately understand needs, impacts of the role, and possible obstacles to finding or acquiring talent.

4. Develop attractive and effective job postings and post positions on relevant hiring platforms to expand pipeline of qualified candidates.

5. Source for candidates, as appropriate, on LinkedIn and Indeed to expand qualified pipeline of candidates and particularly for harder to fill specialty positions including nursing, allied health, and senior care leadership positions.

6. Promptly screen and interview candidates for open positions through resume review and phone screens, as appropriate.

7. Respond to candidates quickly and responsively to ensure candidates are having a supportive and positive experience.

8. Work collaboratively with hiring managers in interviewing and selecting qualified and well-vetted candidates.

9. On-board selected candidates (offer letter, references, background screens, etc.) as needed.

10. Review relevant hiring metrics and data to reduce open positions and days to fill
