Constant Contact is Hiring a Recruiter Near Waltham, MA

As a Recruiter at Constant Contact, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day success of the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. You will work with our managers and senior leaders to tackle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Roles that you would be responsible for range from customer support to marketing, from entry-level individual contributors to highly experienced senior leaders, and everything in between. We are looking for a true partner who is passionate about the client experience, both for candidates and hiring managers. 

What you will do:

  • Identify, attract and hire top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline in alignment with key hiring initiatives
  • Always be recruiting! Proactively attract and engage top talent in anticipation of future hiring needs
  • Support hiring managers and interview teams on hiring and interviewing best practices
  • Leverage multiple online recruiting channels and your own creativity to identify and share new talent sources with Talent Acquisition team
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the interview process with an emphasis on building trust and engagement
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to ensure the best experience for candidates, stakeholders and the business alike

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a fast paced, rapidly evolving corporate and/or agency setting; Experience recruiting in SaaS environment highly-preferred
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in the job market 
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Results-driven, disciplined, resourceful and tenacious self-starter
  • Naturally competitive with yourself, but collaborative with others
