Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database

Experience:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
- Sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and outbound calling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a bonus
