Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Attend career fairs and hiring events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
