Part-time Data Entry Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Input data from multiple sources into our database
- Verify accuracy of data and correct any errors when inputting in system
- Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
Part-time Data Entry Coordinator Requirements:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Must have attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- No experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical is required
- Multitasking and quick-thinking
- Sufficient computer aptitude
- Ability to lead and mentor others
- Management/scheduling experience
- Attention to detail
