This is a great opportunity for an Cash Receipts Specialist who wants to work as part of a small team. You can be a recent graduate w/an internship or have 10 years of experience – we will be able to teach you what you need to know to be successful.

As a Part-Time Cash Receipts Specialist, your responsibilities will include cash application as well as some collections – which will entail the requisite data entry and following up on overdue invoices via phone & email.

To thrive in this role, you must have some accounting experience or a degree, a great work ethic, want to learn, and be detail oriented. Here’s what you can expect:

· Applying payments received via ACH and checks/lockbox.

· Support of collecting customer payments in accordance with payment terms.

o Most of this outreach will be done via email but some customers will be more easily reached via phone call.

· Resolving client billing problems while providing strong customer service.

· Opportunities to learn and take on more responsibility as you get up to speed. We have a small team here but we’re growing and we want to keep you engaged.
