Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce effective data management policies
- Create procedures for data collection that ensure accurate and legitimate data
- Create company-wide best practices for data sharing within the company and with external partners
- Educate and support colleagues in data management best practices
- Document any breaches in data protection and report on consequences
- Review and stay up-to-date on best practices in data management
- Campaign creation and support for navigation to the website
- Understand the nonprofit programs of the organization to relate data management to each program
- Training in data development, collection, categorization, and maintenance of data
- Previous experience as a Data Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of data collection and analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
