Custom Millwork & Finishing is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Vinton, IA

Custom Millwork & Finishing is a wholesale supplier of made to order interior millwork packages for residential and commercial projects. We are a trusted partner to our dealers, throughout Iowa and outlying regions. 
Human Resources Coordinator performs clerical functions, specialized administrative tasks, and supports production processes in support of the company, sales staff, and employees. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
· Assist with Payroll functions and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
· Process credit applications for new dealers
· Manage talent acquisition and onboard new hires
· Act as liaison between the company and external benefits providers and vendors
· Make purchases and track orders
· Generate Packing Slips and Production Work Orders
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Human Resources helpful
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office and email
· Experience with QuickBooks
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00
Full Time, 100% On-Site
