Requirements2-5 yrs experience with the following:
RequiredRacking and stacking of network devices
- Cable patching
- Physical layer troubleshooting
- Equipment disposal activities
- Installing and troubleshooting Cisco and Avaya IP phones
Must have a basic knowledge of Cisco Phones, switches and routers
Must have a basic knowledge of local and wide area networking
Preferred: Cisco CCENT, CCNA
Shift - Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00pm - 2:00am (However, shifts may vary or change to cover changes in site status)
